‘Chihayafuru’ Manga Gets Bilingual Japanese Release With the TV series adaptation of the manga series Chihayafuru having ended, and leaving fans in an awkward place, there’s not too many ways to go unless you speak/read fluent Japanese. Thankfully, it looks like a new option is open as both CD Japan and Amazon Japan are listing a pair of bilingual manga releases from the series from Kodansha. Kodansha has long released a few series in bilingual form, though far fewer in recent years than there were at one time and they’re not exactly meant to be smooth English translations as we get here, but it’s an option for a book that might otherwise not see release here, either from Kodansha Comics or someone else. The first two volumes are available for 1200 yen each.
