Girls und Panzer fans always seem like there’s a little more to look forward to, though the wait for this is going to take its toll. Set for a brief theatrical run in twelve theaters next spring, the first promo commercial has arrived for Kore ga Hontō no Anzio-sen Desu! (This Is the Real Anzio Battle!). The special is set to bring in a few new characters to the franchise with Anchovy, Carpaccio, and Pepperoni joining the ranks. It’s a brief spot but it’ll set the fans in a good mood to be sure. Property concept: The world has evolved into something different from Japan as we know it. Traditional Japanese girls are expected to have “tank skills” as well as flower arrangement and tea ceremony skills, and every school has a “tank club”.
