While we had a pretty neat online poster that was done with some motion to it earlier in the year, things are starting to ramp up for Lionsgate when it comes to their Conan the Barbarian 3D reboot of the franchise starring Jason Momoa. The flick got some widespread attention this past weekend with the trailer being attached to a lot of prints for Thor, which is the first early look at it for the majority of casual moviegoers. Suffice to say, I think it worked on a lot of level as even my eleven year old daughter is demanding I take her to see it. I think I’m raising her right… Check out the new theatrical poster that was just released below, via IGN .
The feature is set for release on August 19th.
Plot summary: The most legendary Barbarian of all time is back this Summer.
