Japanese distributor Happinet has now followed up with information about the second season of this property with Q Transformers: Saranaru Ninki Mono e no Michi and its home video release. With the first season having come out this past May, the second season that began this summer is scheduled for a December 2nd, 2015 complete set release. It’ll get a DVD and Blu-ray edition priced at 5,184 and 6,480 yen respectively with a limited edition Blu-ray release priced at 8,640 yen. Coming in at 45 minutes worth of show material and 100 minutes of extras, there’ll be the clean ending material, stage material from events, a digest video and a cast commentary for it.
Plot concept: Picks up after the events of Transformers 2010. Ultra Magnus goes on a solo mission through various Decepticon strongholds to find out exactly what happened to Optimus.
