The series is now scheduled for an October 2nd, 2015 debut on the main networks with MBS, TBS and CBC before rolling out to satellite services the next day such as AT-X And BS-TBS. The new season is set to be directed by Shingo Suzuki, who will also serve as character designer, and GoHands will produce the animation. Suzuki isn’t unfamiliar with the property, having directed the first season and the film. The property had new material coming out at the end of December 2014 with the sequel manga from Yui Kuroe, that picks up after the film, but how connected that will be to the larger anime universe remains to be seen.

Viz Media has released the TV series on DVD/BD in North America after providing it with an English language dub.

Miraculously, a young man named Kuroh Yatogami swings in and aids Shiro in his getaway, only to reveal he’s also after Shiro’s life.

Now a hunted man, Shiro will have to evade the clans of seven powerful kings and desperately try to prove his innocence – before it’s too late!
