After quite a few months away from around the time that Amazon bought ComiXology, Seven Seas Entertainment has now returned to bringing their manga publications to the digital platform. This week sees the debut of the first new volume in quite some time, though only just one release, with the fourth volume of
Zero’s Familiar Chevalier. Hopefully we’ll see some other recent series get their volumes on there (we’re waiting on you,
Citrus!), but right now it’s great to see the publisher getting its works on the very popular digital comics distribution platform. The first volume for
Zero’s Familiar: Chevalier was one of the last releases that made it onto the platform in the spring of 2014 and the second and third volumes are not yet available.
Plot concept: The last battle between Tristain and Albion is on the horizon, but when a brief ceasefire gives everyone a chance to rest and reflect, Saito finds himself clashing with Louise once again—and driven into Siesta’s waiting arms.
Tristain’s victory seems inevitable until an unexpected, magical attack turns the tide against them. With his loved ones in danger and his life on the line, will Saito finally figure out what he’s fighting for?
